Engineers can make millions of dollars of their inventions, Steve Jobs, for example, used a mixture of engineering and business to make the Apple company.
Working conditions
Most electronics engineers work in offices and laboratories. They usually work in clean, well-lit environments, to make working with very small components easier. Some travel to work sites and clients’ offices for to carry out installation and servicing work.
Leave/Hours
Sometimes hours can be tedious and need to be balanced properly. This can sometimes include set holidays and leave so time management is a key skill to use. It can be worthwhile to look for a company that can treat their employees well, sometimes companies may abuse a person's knowledge with tough deadlines increasing the workload. Engineering can also allow people to travel all around the world with their companies, which would be a great time to experience new cultures and surroundings.
